TERMS OF SERVICE

KaraFx is operated by 1817168 AB Ltd, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Alberta, Canada. KaraFx provides a non-custodial web interface that enables users to interact directly with decentralized exchange smart contracts deployed on public blockchain networks.

KaraFx is NOT a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, money services business, or custodian. KaraFx does not hold, manage, or have access to your digital assets at any time. All trades are executed directly between the user's wallet and on-chain smart contracts.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use KaraFx. By using the interface, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts
• You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea region)
• You are not a specially designated national or blocked person under OFAC regulations
• Your use of KaraFx is lawful in your jurisdiction

Access to KaraFx may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with applicable local laws.

KaraFx is a front-end interface only. When you execute a trade, the transaction is processed entirely by smart contracts on the blockchain. KaraFx does not:

• Hold, control, or have access to your private keys or seed phrase
• Take custody of your digital assets
• Act as a counterparty to your trades
• Have the ability to freeze, reverse, or modify on-chain transactions
• Maintain user accounts or identity records

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and all transactions you authorize.

KaraFx charges a 0.25% interface fee on swap transactions. This fee is separate from any gas fees charged by the underlying blockchain network and from any liquidity provider fees charged by the smart contract protocol. The interface fee is automatically collected at the time of transaction and sent to the KaraFx treasury wallet at 0x7cf4C398e48A15CCAb2F84Eeefe1976A45706033.

All fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been submitted to the blockchain.

USE OF KARAFX AND DECENTRALIZED FINANCE PROTOCOLS INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK. By using KaraFx, you acknowledge:

• Digital asset values are highly volatile and may decrease substantially
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• You may lose some or all of your digital assets
• Regulatory frameworks governing digital assets are uncertain and evolving
• Network congestion may cause delayed or failed transactions

You may not use KaraFx to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Circumvent trade or financial sanctions
• Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Interfere with the operation of the interface or underlying protocols
• Engage in any activity that would subject KaraFx to regulatory requirements in jurisdictions where we do not operate

THE KARAFX INTERFACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 1817168 AB LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

1817168 AB LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM SMART CONTRACT VULNERABILITIES, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK ISSUES, OR YOUR USE OF THIRD-PARTY WALLETS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1817168 AB LTD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE INTERFACE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) CAD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
